Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 10:00 a.m. CST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. CST or on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day.

If the cost for shipping is substantially more than the amount listed above, you will be contacted via e-mail and/or phone.

For international orders over $200.00, we ask that you select to pay by PayPal at Checkout, but do not pay your invoice. We will e-mail you with the shipping costs and a PayPal Money Request, at which time you can pay in full with a credit card or by PayPal.

Shipping Rates do not include insurance. To request insurance, please leave a note in the Special Instructions Box at Checkout, and we will bill you for the additional cost. We are not responsible for lost packages.

There is no tracking or insurance available for International Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Cotton Charm Quilts secure online ordering provided by Thawte. Click on the Thawte Seal, which is located at the bottom of each page of our website, for verification.

Sales Tax

Missouri residents will be charged 7.7% sales tax.

Payment Method

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders.

Return Policy

Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. Should you desire to return merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of the date of your order at (816)279-2675 or kelly@cottoncharm.com for instructions on how to return merchandise. We do not refund shipping charges. We do not provide refunds for books, patterns, cut yardage or sale items. All returned merchandise must be in the original condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.

All information provided by our customers is confidential. Cotton Charm Quilts does not share any customer information with outside parties.
