About Our Products:
1. What is a Fat Quarter and what is in a Fat Quarter Bundle? A fat quarter is an 18” x 22” cut of fabric. A Fat Quarter Bundle includes one fat quarter of each print in the fabric line. Sometimes Fat Quarter Bundles come with one or more panels from the line. Sometimes they do not. Check the description on the product page to see if the bundle includes a panel. Prices vary on Fat Quarter Bundles depending on the number of fat quarters it includes.
2. What is a Charm Pack a/k/a promotional pack? A Charm Pack includes 42 precut 5” x 5” square cut of each fabric in the line. They do not include panels.
3. What is a Jelly Roll? A Jelly Roll includes 40 precut 2 ½” x 44” cuts of fabric.
4. What is a Layer Cake? A Layer Cake includes 42 precut 10” x 10” cuts of fabric.
5. What is a Honey Bun? A Honey Bun includes 40 precut 1 ½” x 44” cuts of fabric.
6. What is a Turnover? A Turnover includes 80 precut 6" triangles.
7. What is a Jelly Cake? A Jelly Cake includes one jelly roll and one layer cake, packaged together.
8. What is a Charming Jelly Cake? A Charming Jelly Cake includes one charm pack, one jelly roll, and one layer cake packaged together.
9. What is a dinner roll? A dinner roll includes 10 precut 5" x 44" strips of fabric, which are usually tonal fabrics we need for sashing, borders, binding, etc.
About Our Store
1. Where is your store located? Our Store is located in St. Joseph, Missouri (which is about 45 miles north of Kansas City, Missouri).
2. Can I visit Cotton Charm Quilts in person? Sorry, we are an internet only quilt store. So, you cannot visit our store in person at this time.
3. I can’t find a product that I’m looking for at your store? If we do not have what you are looking for, please contact us via e-mail at kelly@cottoncharm.com or by phone at (816)279-2675, and we will try to locate the fabric or pattern for you.
4. Do you have this item in stock? We keep real time inventory on our site. If the computer allows you to order it, then we have it in stock. In addition, if you try to order more than we have in stock, the computer will give you a note telling you how many of that item are currently in stock. If there is a human error in inventory calculation, we will notify you immediately by e-mail and/or phone to give you the opportunity to instruct us on how you want us to proceed with your order. Occasionally, we have more yardage in stock than what shows in inventory. If you would like to know exactly how much yardage we have available, send us an e-mail to kelly@cottoncharm.com, and we will measure the bolt for you.
