About Cotton Charm Quilts

Our History

Hello! My name is Kelly Guy, and I opened Cotton Charm Quilts with my sweet-heart of a husband Mark, in June 2008. We live in St. Joseph, Missouri. We have one child in college—our bright and bubbly daughter, Kate. We also have one child in middle school—our kind and giving son, Alec. From the best we can remember, I fell in love with quilting about seven years ago. And, of course, I fell in love with collecting fabric and patterns, as well. Having more free time since the kids have gotten older and having such a love of quilting, we decided that opening an internet quilting store would be an excellent opportunity to merge the love of quilting with a new business venture. And so, Cotton Charm Quilts was born.

Our Plans for the Future

Our goal at Cotton Charm quilts is to develop and grow into a community of quilters who can not only share our love of fabric and sewing, but also share our ideas and tips on things like cooking, decorating, organizing, books and movies. To join us in the fun, please visit our blog, Charming Chatter.
